The DC area is just so cool, I always love going up there. Especially for a wedding. And Ed and Lyn’s wedding is no exception. We went into their old neighborhood behind the Capitol and had a first look in the small garden at St. Peter’s before the ceremony. After the ceremony it was hard not to make a diversion up the block to one of many awesome restaurants Ed was telling me about. Instead, Best Man Chuck’s wife Christina offered to drive us up a few blocks over to the opposite side of the Capitol to get some cool photos outside the US Botanic Gardens. If you’ve ever driven around DC you know there is simply no where to park, and having Christina offer to drive circles until we were ready was super cool and big thanks for being there for us!

Sitting in the heart of DuPont Circle, the Darlington House was a great spot for dinner, socializing and dancing. It was a perfect way to spend the day, with the closest of friends and family, just having a good time. Check out the photos and you’ll see what I mean.
