This was my second proposal of the year, and it was awesome. I hooked up with Luke about 2 weeks before at Katy’s sister’s wedding. Luke explained how he wanted to propose to Katy in the next few weeks. So we hashed it all out, after the sparkler exit, with just enough time before Katy approached and wanted to know what were we talking about for so long (haha!).
It’s not easy to set up for a proposal on top of a mountain. For everyone (Luke and I) to coordinate the exact spot ahead of time. And in our case, to have to text and adjust as a random mini wedding was happening at the same time (ummm..yeah, lol). But we made it work, and naturally, she said yes!
