Josh & Nicole: New Year’s Eve Wedding at Grandover in Greensboro, NC

If you’re going to ring in the New Year, there really is no better way to do it than by getting married to the one you love. Nicole & Josh did just that, this past New Year’s Eve at the Grandover in Greensboro, NC. With their new baby boy in tow, and a gang of friends of family behind, Nicole & Josh started Dec 31 engaged, and started Jan 1 married.

After a fantastic first look on the grand staircase, and some chilly but beautiful outdoor photos, we went into the great space for the ceremony. DJ Rang had set up some awesome uplighting giving the room a cool red glow. The reception space was even nicer, and set the stage for a great reception and the best New Year’s Party in the Triad. Forget about the TV because the countdown was live and DJ Rang’s confetti cannon showered us with color as the clock hit midnight. We danced well into 1am with midnight sliders and fries powering us through the haze of it all.

And none of it could have happened without the amazing coordination and planning of Kate Boswell who worked tirelessly with Nicole and Josh to plan this perfect day. Cheers to them both as they move forward in the New Year. And watch for Nicole as she leads the nightly news on local NBC affiliate WXII and Josh as he keeps NASCAR spinning on the Stewart-Haas team.
