Weddings are one of those milestones that obviously hold a near and dear place for families. And while I’m touched by all the weddings I’m part of, Robert & Sarah’s wedding had a little something extra to it. Really this wedding began back in 2009 when I photographed Sarah’s sister, Katie, when she got married to Patrick at the Weymouth Center in Southern Pines. It continued in 2011 when I also photographed their sister, Rebecca, getting married Charlie, also at Weymouth Center; and came to a close a few months ago with Robert and Sarah also getting married at Weymouth.
To be part of a family’s three daughters getting married, all at the same beautiful venue, all to great guys with great families, is something special. They each had their own unique feel, their own one of a kind take on things. But the one thing that remained consistent was the fantastic bond and friendship the sisters have. Plus there were a couple of new babies around too :)
It was so good to see everyone again, as well as Sarah’s parents, Patrick’s parents and of course to get to know Robert’s parents as well. Cheers to Robert & Sarah and hopefully they are staying dry from the 5+ inches of rain No Cal is getting right now.
