The only way to really capture the essence and spirit of your wedding is for me to be there from when you start your day, until you and your new husband/wife have had your last dance and left the reception. Amazing things happen over morning mimosas and at the end of the night when your closest friends and family are surrounding you on the dance floor for your last dance – and I’ll be there for all of it, from start, to finish.
You’ll receive complete, full day wedding coverage with every photo beautifully edited in a mix of color and B&W digital images as high resolution JPGs (watermark free, with copyright release to share and print as you wish), a wedding slideshow online and personal, private viewing website all for $3,495.
Beautiful wedding albums, engagement shoots and bridal shoots are also available through several packages. Consultations over the phone or in person are important, and offer a great way for us to determine if we’re a good fit for each other, and also a great for me to explain about the different options with packages so you can make the best decision about which package is a best fit for you and your fiance. Your wedding – your memories – should extend well beyond your wedding day and last with you throughout your life. And these best of memories deserve to be more than part of an endless series of files on your computer or phone. They deserve to stand out, to be touched and embraced, on the finest paper, with the finest ink. It is your new family’s first heirloom investment for which there is no compromise for second choice.
Your Wedding Album is the best album available anywhere in the world. From the quality of the leather, to the build construction of the binding, to the paper and ink used to hold the memories, exactly as you remember them, without fading.
Your photos are Giclée prints on the best museum grade fine art paper, which meets the photograph printing requirements and specifications for international museums like the Smithsonian. They offer phenomenal tonal range and gradient spread with non-reflective protected matte pages that have an amazing texture. And with a lifetime construction warranty from the album company, you really are getting an heirloom designed to be passed to your children and grandchildren. It truly is the one part of your wedding that will not succumb to technologies ever changing formats.
Can you tell me more about a “First Look” and seeing my fiance before the ceremony?
First Looks are a great idea and becoming very popular! Click here to read more and see some photos from several first looks.
We love the non-posed, photojournalist style, but we still would like to have a few traditional, formal group photos taken. Do you do this?
Absolutely! While the majority of your wedding day coverage is non posed, non directed, and hands off, I always spend some time (usually after the ceremony, or sometimes before) taking traditional formal group photos with the family. I keep this portion short and relaxed so parents and relatives can get to the cocktail to entertain guests while we spend some time getting great photos of just the two of you before rejoining the guests.
We live in another state, so an in-person consultation is not really possible. What do you recommend?
Many of the couples I photograph live in other cities and states, and I am accustomed to working with them over the phone. With my experience in a variety of wedding styles and locations, it’s easy to talk with you about packages, timelines, and any questions you might have about the photography and the wedding in general. Booking your event, including contract signing and deposit payments, are all easily completed online.
My wedding is not in North Carolina. Do you travel?
I travel quite a bit for weddings coverage and love traveling for weddings. I regularly visit the DC/Baltimore area, and have shot weddings as far as Paris, California, Colorado, New York and more.
How far in advance should I consider booking you for my wedding?
I shoot around 40-45 weddings per year, and on average, most couples book about 8-12 months in advance. That being said, if you’re planning last minute, you should still inquire. There can be openings for later bookings even in the most popular months. Photography services are secured with a retainer and contract signing.

Can I see photos from the dream Paris wedding?
